I am an interior design neophyte and went into the process unsure of what to expect and a little anxious. You will be SO glad that you went with her as an option for an online decorator. I have never officially worked with a designer before and was so nervous to try it, especially since it was an online one. I have tried other cheaper online design apps before just for advice and wasn’t super happy. But I knew going into it that she has a happiness guarantee so that made me feel better. I matched it with her and she was sooooo communicative and sweet, she didn’t bat an eye at all of my questions or concerns and put my mind at ease. Her style is 100% what I’m looking for and it blew me away that the match was so perfect. Her initial concept came just a couple of days after I filled out the questionnaire and it was AMAZING. seriously I don’t know how she does it, but she is a mind reader. I made a few tweaks to the final design and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. LOVE IT. She used our existing couch and even added space for my computer which was not an easy feat. After just the initial concept I knew I had to hire her for my bedrooms which she working on now and I can’t wait to see the results!
